Are you interested in being a vendor at the 4th of July Celebration this year? If so, please click the link below to see the regulations as well as for the application. Please note that all applications and payment are due by Friday, June 14th. ALL food vendors must fill out an Application for Temporary Food Establishment and return it to the Harnett County Health Department no later than 15 calendar days prior to the event. Food vendors who are exempt and food vendors who have a valid permit from another North Carolina Health Department only have to complete the first page and a half of the application and submit it to the Harnett County Health Department. There is no fee for exempt vendors or for vendors who already hold a valid North Carolina Permit. Vendors are admitted on a first come first serve basis. The Town of Lillington strives to limit duplication of items from vendor to vendor, however there is no guarantee of exclusivity. Once your application is received you will be contacted to make a payment over the phone via Visa or Mastercard.
