Police Officer Qualifications
In order to serve as a Lillington Police Officer, candidates must meet the follow requirements:
Qualifications
- US. Citizen
- 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- Basic Law Enforcement Training (B.L.E.T.)
Selection Process
- Extensive background investigation
- Driving history check
- Criminal history check
- Credit history check
- Oral interview
- Psychological examination (upon conditional offer of employment)
- Drug testing (upon conditional offer of employment)
