VOLUNTEER COACHES INFORMATION

Our sports leagues depend on the kindness of volunteers to coach our teams. Youth Sports believes getting parents/guardians and community members involved with our league really adds to the quality of our program and its overall success. Without you, we are unable to provide our league. Ask us about our coaching discount incentive!  If you are interested in coaching please contact Wayne at wmckoy@lillingtonnc.org.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old and older
• Volunteer Coach Application Completed and returned to Jeff
• Attends Mandatory Coaches Meeting
• Abide by the Coach’s Code of Ethics, Coach Handbook and League Rulebook

Volunteer Coaches Receive:

• Practice Facility space (outdoor space includes lights)
• Sports equipment to use during practices and games
• Practice management resources
• Recognition
• Youth sports program discount incentives
