The Town of Lillington offers a Commemorative Brick Program at the Community Center and the Centennial Plaza located in downtown.
The bricks offer a unique opportunity to permanently inscribe your message as a part of Lillington's history. The program was originally designed to assist in the funding of the Centennial Plaza and clock.
The plaza was dedicated on July 5, 2003, and together with the Town Clock are one of the most readily identifiable features in the town's landscape. This quaint and peaceful venue is frequently visited by downtown patrons.
The Lillington Community Center was opened in 2011 and has quickly become the home of recreation activities in central Harnett County. The community center offers a host of activities and programs aimed at improving quality of life. Commemorative bricks are placed around the flagpole in front of the building in easy view of its visitors.
