With 2 rooms available for rent, the Lillington Community Center (located at 607 S. 13th St., Lillington, NC 27546) offers a great setting for any event. From our largest room to our smallest room, the center is perfect for business meetings, conferences, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, showers, reunions, receptions and more!

Pricing & Policies
All Community Center rentals require a $200.00 deposit (not included in prices listed below). Additional use of the kitchen is $75.00 during an event. Town of Lillington programming has priority in determining rental availability. Rental rates are calculated per room, based on residency. All facility rental deposits are refundable. Rooms will be inspected before and after each rental event for damages. Damages will be deducted from deposit and any remaining damages will be billed directly to lease. Refunds/Deposits are mailed back to the lessee through the Town of Lillington and may take up to 4 weeks to reach the lessee.
